(NASB) Psalm 23:3 “… He guides me in paths of righteousness
For His name’s sake.”

My Shepherd is my Savior.  He leads me to walk paths I wouldn’t choose.

His paths are paths of living a life pleasing to Him.
There is only one way I know to do that – yield to Him and His ways for me.  There is no other way.

Whenever I choose my own path, my own “destiny,” the path leads me away from my Shepherd Savior.  How sad… and my life is my own, it is not for His glory or honor.

I am to walk in the paths my Shepherd leads me, He is my Guide, my Shepherd and my Savior.

~ Take it to heart ~

  My Shepherd guides me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.

His name is above all names.  His reputation is impeccable.  His beloved name is precious.

He is to be honored and worshiped with a grateful heart attitude –
He is my Shepherd and my Guide.
