There are many misconceptions of God… there are many different ways to think of God… and they are, most of the time, not true.

Ask God to show Himself to you through His word, the Holy Bible.

Go to Him yourself and seek Him.

Do not be deceived any longer by your own thoughts of God, or by the wrong way others view God.

(NASB) Matthew 7:7-8 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
8 ‘For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”

God is faithful! 
God is reliable to be with you in your circumstances!

Are you a follower of Christ?  Then perhaps the following will be helpful to you as you share the Good News of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection with others.

Keep on asking – God will give you understanding of who He really is.
‘Show me O Lord, how to tell others of Your love for them.’

Keep on seeking – God will show Himself to you.
‘Give me wisdom which only comes from You as I tell others of You.’

Keep on knocking – God will open the door of your understanding when you approach Him with reverence.
‘Give me open doors to tell others of You.’

It is all about the living God and His love for you!

Asking – you will receive.

Seeking – you will find.

Knocking – the door will open to you.
