Many believe that God is the same god of all religions.

God of the Holy Bible is not the god of other religions.  He is the living God.  True, Jesus the Messiah died and was buried, just as other prophets and “gods” of other religions died and were buried.

There is a difference, however, between all other “gods” and the living, resurrected God of the Holy Bible.  He lives!  His life is given to all who are followers of Christ – those who have received Jesus into their lives as their Savior.  All followers of Christ live by faith in Him, in His death and His resurrection.

Followers of Christ do not live by their religion;
they live by faith in Jesus.

(NASB) Romans 1:16-17 “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
17 For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, ‘But the righteous man shall live by faith.”

All other prophets and “gods” are dead and buried; they were not resurrected to life. Their teachings are followed by many throughout the world but they cannot save anyone for eternity.

They cannot bring anyone into the presence of God of the Holy Bible.  Only faith in Jesus can do that for you, for anyone.  God says so.

(NASB) John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”

I have heard it said that God is the same god of all religions.  That is not what the Lord God Almighty says about Himself.  He is God; there is no other god who can compare to Him.

(NASB) Isaiah 44:6
“Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel and his Redeemer,
the Lord of hosts;
‘I am the first and the last,
And there is no God besides Me.”

~ Take it to heart ~

Live by faith in the living God.

God alone is – God!
