(NASB) Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

What is the living God of the Holy Bible saying to you through the above verse?  Prayerfully reread the verse… God is revealing His exchanged life for yours.

God’s word is to be taken in, digested and put into action in your life and mine.  We are not sitting in the grandstands of life and watching; we are to be out on the playing field and putting God’s words into action.

The Lord God’s play action book is the Holy Bible… it is His word to you and to me.

Followers of Christ are to know, without a doubt the following for ourselves: ‘I am to live by faith, active faith!  I am to listen to God and put His words of truth into what I say and what I do… today, right NOW!  Why?  Because “I have been crucified with Christ!”  He died for my sins, all my sins, on the cross.  I have received Him by faith as my Savior, my Redeemer. Nothing that I can ever do is greater than that.

It is the reality of all followers of Christ.

No longer am I to live as if Jesus means nothing to me.  He died in my place and He now lives in me.  God the Holy Spirit given to me, in my physical body – I am to live by faith in this fact.  Living by faith in the Son of God is a daily, hourly, moment by moment reality.

We are to rejoice and live with confidence because God Himself loves each of us!  God the Father gave His only begotten Son for you and me.  And Christ Jesus went to the cross for us!
