What is the Lord using to get your attention?  For Jacob it was a dream of a ladder with angels going up to heaven and coming down to earth.  (Genesis 28:12)

Is the Lord using your circumstances or people to get your attention onto Himself?

How are you responding to the living God?

*Believe: the Lord God and His words.

*Pray: talk with the living God.

*Go to His word: know that His words are for you!  When you read the Holy Bible, do you know God is speaking directly to you?

*Throughout this day: Behold – God!

How do you respond to such revelation?  Do you respond with praise or with defenses in place?

Behold!  The God of the Bible revealed Himself to Jacob and reassured him that He was the same God which his grandfather, Abraham, worshiped.  He was the same God of his father, Isaac.  (Genesis 28:13)

Behold!  Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Ruth, David, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Peter, Paul and many men and women through the ages trusted in the living God.  And we are to do the same.

Behold!  Just think of the giants of faith who trusted the living God and His promises in all the history of the world.  They worshiped and believed in the same God as you have an opportunity to worship.  Belief in God’s promises brings everyone to the same point of reference – the Lord Jesus Christ.

Behold!  The living God is reaching out to you through His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

Behold!  Who do you know which needs this great good news?  Ask God for boldness to share your faith in the Lord Jesus Christ today.

Behold!  One day, we will see this same God face to face, up close and very personal!
