The living God of the Old & New Testament said:
(NASB) Isaiah 55:3 “Incline your ear and come to Me;
Listen, that you may live;
And I will make an everlasting covenant with you,
According to the faithful mercies shown to David.”

(NASB) Hebrews 13:20 “Now the God of peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep through the blood of the eternal covenant, even Jesus our Lord.”

It is God who made an eternal covenant which is with all who receive Christ Jesus by faith as their Savior.  The God of peace made the way to Himself through His Son… there is no other way.
The eternal covenant is based on Jesus, the resurrected great Shepherd of God’s sheep.

It is possible for me to be included in the eternal covenant through faith in the sacrificial blood of the Lamb of God.  He took away my sins.  (John 1:29)

God’s faithful love did this in the past; it is in effect today and will be tomorrow.  God’s faithful love is unwavering.  His eternal covenant is in His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ.

~ Take it to heart ~

The eternal covenant of God is in Jesus Christ.

Without Jesus as my Savior – I am excluded from God’s eternal covenant.
With Jesus as my Savior – I am included in God’s eternal covenant!

(NASB) Ezekiel 37:26 “I will make a covenant of peace with them; it will be an everlasting covenant with them…”

(NASB) Ezekiel 37:27 “My dwelling place also will be with them; and I will be their God, and they will be My people.”

Praise the God of peace for He has provided His peace through His perfect Son.
