Paul warned the Ephesian elders to “Be on guard for yourselves and for all the flock…” (Acts 20:28 NASB)

What did Paul say?
(NASAB) Acts 20:29-31 “I know that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock;
30 and from among your own selves men will arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after them.
31 ‘Therefore be on the alert, remembering that night and day for a period of three years I did not cease to admonish each one with tears.”

 Warning! Warning! Warning!
Savage wolves coming to tear apart the flock.

Warning! Warning! Warning!
From among the flock people will arise and speak perverse things, drawing followers away from God and His truths.

Remember! The Ephesian elders were told to remember what Paul taught when he was in Ephesus for three years.

Today ~ remember what you have been taught from God’s true word.
Today ~ remember to be alert to false leaders and false teaching.

How can anyone know if they are being told and taught the things of God?  Study God’s word for yourself…compare what you hear with what God says!

Jesus warned His disciples and He warns us today:
(NASB) Matthew 10:16 “Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves; so be shrewd as serpents and innocent as doves.”

Be on guard…remember!
