The prayer of the week is based on 2 Timothy 2:15

Lord God of the Bible, You tell me to be diligent, to study and to present myself to You.

Help me to do all things out of love for You, seeking Your approval.
May I be a workman that is not ashamed before You.

I come to You; I come to study Your words so I can tell others Your “word of truth”.

In the name of Your Son and my Savior, Jesus Christ.  Amen.
