The prayer of the week is based on Proverbs 3:5-6

  Father, You are the God of the living and the dead.  Your Son died so that I would be freed, delivered from my sins.  Thank You.

  You tell me that I am to trust in You with all my heart.  I am not to depend on my own understanding.  I am to acknowledge You in every aspect of my life.  I can trust You to help me do this and not fear what others may think, say or do against me.  Help me Lord, to be courageous in each day of my life.

  I come to You, to follow Jesus; for You say that You will make my paths straight.  Thank you for Your leading.
