The prayer of the week is based on Psalm 37:1-8

  Your word O Lord is true and You tell me “Do not fret because of evil doers”.  Then you tell me what to do.  Thank You!

  You are to be trusted in and I am to do good.

  You say to delight in You and then You will give me what I desire.

  You tell me to commit my way to You, trusting You and that You will do it.

  I come, to rest in You, to wait Your timing with patience.

  I am not to fret, I am to stop being angry, I am to forsake wrath.

  I am not to fret, it leads only to evildoing.

  Thank You, thank You for Your words of direction and instruction on how I am to live in this day.
