The twelve disciples who had been chosen by Jesus were with Him 24/7 for most of His three-year ministry.  They walked with Him in Galilee, in Jerusalem, through Samaria and into Gentile territory (Tyre, Sidon and the land of the Gerasenes).

They saw miracles done wherever Jesus went.  They heard His teaching to the crowds and had private teaching from Him.
They were given the blessed privilege of being Jesus the Messiah’s chosen disciples.

(NASB) Luke 10:23-24 “Turning to the disciples, He said privately, ‘Blessed are the eyes which see the things you see…”

If you are a follower of Messiah Jesus, are you aware of that blessed privilege of His presence, His teachings and His work in your life?

Are you purposely taking time, every day, to practice the presence of God in your life?
How do you do that?  Prayer is a start, reading His words are of utmost importance and then putting His teachings into practice.

Here is a question which only you can answer: Do you spend as much time reading and studying God’s word as you do watching TV or playing games on your hi-tech devices?

Having the ability to spend time with the Lord is a blessed privilege…are you missing out on that blessing?

What about the awareness of God at work in your life?  A “miracle” is something that only God can do.  A miracle is God at work in the lives of the followers of Jesus…a blessed privilege!  Do you need to start looking for how the Lord is working?

As a privileged follower of Christ: for what blessings do you now want to thank Him?
