Jesus called out, ‘He who hears let him hear’ as He told the parable of the Sower.
God’s love calls out warnings to people who have hardened hearts, hearts rocky with little soil for His seed to take root, hearts which put worries, riches, and pleasures in place of God.

“He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

Jesus also told of the good soil of the heart:
(NASB) Luke 8:8, 15 “‘Other seed fell into the good soil, and grew up, and produced a crop a hundred times as great.’ As He said these things, He would call out, ‘He who has ears to hear, let him hear.’”

What are the characteristics of “good soil”?
Hear God’s words
Honesty with God and with myself
Honesty which does not lie to myself, to others or to God
Hold fast to what God says, then do it
Harvest will produce fruit from the ‘good soil’ in which God’s word was planted, which has taken root deep into a person’s life
Harvest will come from persevering in doing what God says to do

“He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

Jesus invites everyone who hears His words to respond to God’s words of loving truth.
Words of warning are from the loving heart of God Himself.
Words of invitation to hear are also from the loving heart of God.

(NASB) Psalm 25:4-5 “Make me know Your ways, O LORD;
Teach me Your paths.
5 Lead me in Your truth and teach me,
For You are the God of my salvation;
For You I wait all the day.”

What condition is your heart soil in today?

Are you hearing God?
Are you being honest with God?
Are you holding fast to God and His words?
What is the harvest, which is planted in you, producing in your life?
