Ephesians 3:14-19 Paraphrased

Because as a follower of Christ I have faith in Him and I am to bow my knees before God the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named:

‘I pray that You will grant me (according to the riches of Your glory) to be strengthened with power through Your Holy Spirit in my innermost being, so that You, Christ Jesus, may live in my heart through faith.

I pray that I continue to grow and to be rooted and grounded securely in Your love and that I will be able to understand (deep comprehension) with all the saints (believers) how wide, long, high and deep is Your love for me, for You are God my Savior.

O Lord, that I would come to know Your love which surpasses mere knowledge and fills me with You, Yourself!
