Jesus called His disciples personally when He said “Follow Me”.  You are being given a personal invitation also…by Jesus…to follow Him…where you live…

(NIV) Romans 10:8-11 “…‘The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart,’ that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: 9That if you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.  11As the Scripture says, ‘Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame.’”

Get up out of your comfort zone…
Get up in response to Jesus’ invitation to you…
Begin today to do what God says to do in His word…
For some that will mean to receive the gift of God, Jesus Christ as Savior; God’s great gift.
(NASB) John 3:3 “…Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

What is most important for all of us?  To follow Jesus!
(NASB) Ephesians 1:3 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.”

A New Year is just a few days away…do not depend on New Year’s resolutions (they don’t last), but turning and following Jesus and His way.  You will know peace, God’s peace; you will know of His love for you; joy in knowing the living God of the Bible…have you praised Him today with joy?

Get Up and Begin to Follow Jesus
