What can you know about the Lord Jesus Christ?  Where can you find out?  The source book is the Holy Bible.  Messiah was first prophesied immediately after the first sin in Genesis 3:15.  Messiah can be found in the Law and the Prophets of Israel.  The LORD God has used illustrations of what Messiah would do through the sacrifices and the festivals of Israel.  Messiah can be seen throughout the Psalms, the Prophets and the history of Israel.

The book of John was written by a Jew who was called to walk with Jesus on the pathways and the highways of Galilee and Judea for about three years.  He knew Jesus; he walked with Jesus and was with Him on the Mount of Transfiguration and at the foot of the cross.

John was convinced that Jesus was Who He claimed to be – the only begotten of the Father…Jesus was God.  He is equal with God (See John 5:18-24).  He and the Father are One.  There is no one higher than Jesus – He fulfills all Truth for He is Truth.

(NASB) John 14:6 “…I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”

To whom do you turn for Truth?
Do you trust politicians running for office to speak the truth?

Do you trust your Pastor to speak the truth of God, using all of Scripture?

To whom do you turn for Truth?

There is only one source upon which you can rely on to tell you the Truth – God and His holy word.  This is why it is imperative for sermons and Christian teachings to be from the Bible and not from any other source.
God’s word never changes and it is there we can be assured of finding Truth.
Going to the Lord Jesus for the right to enter into God’s presence…He is the only way to the Father; it is only through belief in the Lord Jesus Christ.

(NASB) John 14:6 “…I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.”
