Who is Receiving Glory in Your Life?
How often do you take the glory which God alone should receive?
The Magnificat of Mary gives God all, all the glory. She takes none for herself.
So we too should give God all, all the glory of what He has done and is doing in our lives.
(See Luke 1:46-55)
As you go through this day, for what would you consider giving God the credit?
As you go through this day, would you consider giving God the glory for the sunshine and for the clouds and rain, for the good and the bad?
Give God the glory for the difficult times of quiet in your life…or for the equally hard times of confusion, noise and talk, talk, talk.
To whom do you turn when life is downright hard? God is waiting for you to turn to Him by turning the pages of your Bible…to listen to Him by reading His word. He has thought them out; He has planned and prepared them for you. God is glorified by His word, His purpose, and His work.
For what will you give God credit (glory) this day?
