See the devotionals of this week for the background for today’s devotional.
(NASB) Luke 1:23-25 “When the days of his (Zacharias’) priestly service were ended, he went back home.
24 After these days Elizabeth his wife became pregnant, and she kept herself in seclusion for five months, saying,
25 ‘This is the way the Lord has dealt with me in the days when He looked with favor upon me, to take away my disgrace among men.”

Zacharias did not withhold himself from his wife, even though both were too old to conceive a baby.  But God did the impossible!

Elizabeth became pregnant.  Still Zacharias could not speak (See Luke 1:19-20).  Zacharias could communicate through his hands by giving signs, writing and facial expressions.  He could hear just fine.
Meanwhile – Elizabeth gave all the credit to God for the baby she was carrying in her womb (uterus).

Many times people take credit for the incredible turnaround in their impossible circumstances in their lives.  “I did this…”  “I did that…”

Today, to whom will you give credit for the incredible turnarounds in your impossible circumstances?
