As the pages of the 2011 calendar are turning, as today becomes yesterday…for what are you seeking and searching?

If you have a new life found in Jesus Christ as your Savior and so sharing in His resurrected life…you are to seek the riches, the wisdom, the strength and the eternal treasures which are above [in heaven].

(NASB) Colossians 3:1 “THEREFORE IF you have been raised up with Christ, keep seeking the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.”

Are you consciously seeking Christ Jesus?  One of the facts about Jesus which I so easily forget…He is physically seated at the right hand of God the Father right at this moment.

As a follower of Christ, I have an eternal God Who is the living God…not a dead god, nor a copy of God.

As a follower of Christ, I am to set my sights on God and the reality of His promises.

In the United States, February 14th is celebrated as Valentine’s Day.  A day to remember a ‘special’ loved one.

Every day is Valentine’s Day to God…He loves because He is love.
