Interesting words:  Meditate, precept, recognition.
How often do you take time to meditate, reflecting upon God’s words and ways?
How often do you meditate, contemplating God’s precepts which impose His standard of action or conduct?
How is your recognition, your awareness of the validity and the reality of God’s ways?

How can you regard God’s ways if you don’t recognize them?  Oh, you can ‘make-up’ what you think are God’s ways.  You can assume some things about God but completely miss Who He is and what He is doing.

How are we to recognize God and His ways as we live in this day?
Have you thought about asking Him to show you?

(NASB) Psalm 119:15
“I will meditate on Your precepts
And regard Your ways.”

What is your prayer?

Perhaps you would pray something along the lines of:
‘O LORD, give me the ‘want’ to read, to meditate on Your word.  Help me to recognize Your precepts.  Open my understanding and awareness to the validity and the reality of Your ways and Your words for me.’
In the name of Jesus, Amen.
