As Christmas is fast approaching…on what is your mind focused?  Are preparations for the Christmas holiday weighing you down, do you have a short temper…do you feel frazzled, frayed and frustrated?

Have you thought of Jesus and His birth with wonder and awe in the last 24 hours?

(NASB) Isaiah 9:6 “For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us…”

This promise of God was prophesied by Isaiah at least 600 years before the birth of Christ Jesus.

The wonder of God’s Son: born in a stable, His bed a feeding trough for cattle.

The wonder of God’s Son: He was born to die for your sins…to free you from sin, death and Satan.

The wonder of God’s Son: no one can out-give God and His love!

The wonder of God’s Son: no one can thwart God’s purposes and plans through His Son.

God the Son became the Son of Man

that you might become a child of God!
