What is easy to forget as a follower of Christ today?  If Jesus stood in front of you, right now…you could see His eyes, hear His voice; you could reach out and touch His hands.
When you pray, do you think about to Whom you are praying?

As the resurrected Jesus stood on that place in Galilee and spoke His last words to His disciples:
(NASB) Acts 1:9-11 “And after He had said these things, He was lifted up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.
10 And as they were gazing intently into the sky while He was going, behold, two men in white clothing stood beside them.”

The disciples could have been squinting, shielding their eyes against the glare of the sun as they intently gazed at Jesus rising from the earth and at last a cloud hid Him from their view.
This Jesus had proven to them that He had a physical body, He could eat food, and He was touchable.  This Jesus was rising into the air as they gazed upward.

What I forget…the reality of the living Jesus in heaven at this moment has a physical body.  This Jesus, Who came to free people from death, Satan, and sins, is living.  He is physically alive…what other gods are living?  None!
