The dictionary defines “miracle” as: 1. “An event that appears unexplainable by the laws of nature and so is held to be supernatural in origin or an act of God.”

  How can a miracle be explained to a two year old? A miracle is something which only God can do.

  How do you define a “miracle”?____________________________

  Consider this: a miracle is often recognized after an action of God in our lives.

(NASB) Luke 24:30-32 “When He (Jesus) had reclined at the table with them, He took the bread and blessed it, and breaking it, He began giving it to them.
31 Then their eyes were opened and they recognized Him; and He vanished from their sight.
32 They said to one another, “˜Were not our hearts burning within us while He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the Scriptures to us?”

  On the way to Emmaus from Jerusalem, two people had been joined by Jesus, Whom they did not recognize. Then after He had spoken to them, they had asked Him to stay with them. They wanted the discussion to continue. The Lord God gives understanding to His word as we listen and recognize His words are truth.
  Only after Jesus suddenly “vanished from their sight” did they recognize the miracle of His presence
