Jesus was taken to Pilate to be sentenced to death by crucifixion. He was taken into the Praetorium while the Jewish leaders stayed outside. Why? For what purpose or reason did they have to not be physically present during Pilate”™s interrogation of Jesus?

If they had gone into the Gentile palace, they would have been “˜unclean”™ and would not be able to keep Passover.

How often do people today ignore God”™s word, yet go to church on Sunday? How often is “˜church”™ played? God”™s word, is it being proclaimed from the pulpit? If so, are those present worshiping the God of the Holy Bible?

For what purpose or reason do you go to church? Are you there to learn of God, to be changed by the power of His word through the Holy Spirit? Does the worship of God change you?

The Jewish leaders rejected Jesus, the Christ (Messiah). They “˜missed”™ the great and holy God in order to be religious.
