For a good article to be written it should answer the Who, What, When, Where, Why and sometimes the How questions.

God”™s word covers all of these questions over and over”¦you and I can find out all we need to know about God, His plan and purposes and His work through His words.

Are you asking the living God questions?

What are you doing with God”™s answers in your life?

(NIV) Luke 4:42 “At daybreak Jesus went out to a solitary place”¦”

What do you and I need to do in order to know God”™s will for us, on a personal level?

Shouldn”™t we be seeking God”™s next step for us? Jesus got up before anyone else was stirring and went out to a place where He could be alone with His Father God.

Shouldn”™t we be seeking God”™s next step for us to be before we plan our days?

When you and I seek God, we take a step in depending on Him and not ourselves, or others, or our circumstances.

Seeking God is to read His word and ask Him questions, then wait to hear His answers. Sometimes the answer may even come through a Biblically based sermon, or a hymn, or praise and worship song, or a prayer. After asking our question(s)”¦listen for His answer(s).

Have you noticed that sometimes His answers are delayed for days, weeks or even years? Shouldn”™t our faith be in Him and not our own gratification?

But when His answers do come it confirms that He has heard us and that He is faithful to giving us our answers in His timing ““ He is God and the Father Who knows best!

(NASB) Luke 4:42 “The people were looking for him and when they came to where he was, they tried to keep him from leaving them.”

Why do you think these people were looking for Jesus? Was it because of His words, His presence, or His healing miracles, or a mix of these?

Why do you spend time reading God”™s word? Why do you want to be where Jesus is?

Perhaps the questions should be “˜Why do I not want to read God”™s words”™?

“˜Why do I not want to consciously spend time with Jesus”™?

What are your questions?
