Anticipation of Christmas tomorrow”¦as Mary and Joseph anticipated the birth of Jesus”¦may we anticipate the blessing of why Jesus came into this world, the Son of God Who stooped to become the Son of Man.

(NASB) John 1:1-5 “IN THE beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 He was in the beginning with God.

3 All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.

4 In Him was life, and the life was the Light of men.

5 the Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.”

As Genesis opens with those grand words: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.”, so John opens with “In the beginning was the Word (Jesus Christ), and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (Underlining added)

Jesus Christ present at the beginning of time, Jesus Christ, God with us (Immanuel), and Jesus Christ (coming again).

As we celebrate the birth of Jesus this year,

let us do so with rejoicing in God our Savior.

May the greatest gift ever given be received with hearts of thanksgiving and praise to the Eternal God: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

(Amplified) Isaiah 9:6

“For to us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder, and His name shall be called

Wonderful Counselor,

Mighty God,

Everlasting Father,

Prince of Peace.”

May you experience a most Blessed Christmas!
