God’s promises are for today and into the eternity of tomorrow.  He never reneges on His promises.  He never makes a promise then forgets the promise.  He is dependable, faithful and will always, always fulfill His promises.

Do you know that Jesus, the Messiah, died outside the walls of Jerusalem in your place?  Do you know you are the sinner and need a Savior?  Jesus, only Jesus, can save you from your sins.

When Jesus died by crucifixion, He was buried in a borrowed tomb (just like Isaiah prophesied Isaiah 53:9).

Jesus was resurrected from the tomb.  His resurrection was physical.  He has a physical body today… and when He returns to earth as King over all kings, He will come in that body.

Messiah’s physical resurrection was prophesied by David.
(NASB) Psalm 16:10 “For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol (the place of the dead);
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay.”  (Parentheses added)

Messiah’s resurrection fulfilled and is celebrated on Easter Sunday.
(NASB) John 20:9 “For as yet they (the disciples of Jesus) did not understand the Scripture, that He must rise again from the dead.”  (Parentheses added)

Messiah’s physical reality was proven to the disciples.
(NASB) John 20:19 “So when it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and when the doors were shut where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in their midst and said to them, ‘Peace be with you.’”

~ Take it to heart ~

(NASB) 1 Peter 1:3-5 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,
4 to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,
5 who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.”

God’s Promises Give Eternal Life to all who believe in Jesus as Savior and Lord.
And all God’s people say ~ Amen!
