How are you reacting to unjust treatment or another’s choices or unethical actions?
How are you responding to whatever your problems are today?

Followers of Christ… we are not to react or respond as the world does to adverse circumstances.  Our focus is to be on God our Savior, His name is Jesus.

We are to walk with God – notice Scripture does not say God walked with Enoch or with Noah.  Scripture does say, Enoch walked with God and Noah walked with God.  And we are to walk with God.

Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is to be lived out – each and every day – no matter our circumstances or people who annoy us or make us angry.

(NASB) Habakkuk 3:17 “Even though the fig tree should not blossom
And there be no fruit on the vines,
Though the yield of the olive should fail
And the fields produce no food,
Though the flock should be cut off from the fold
And there be no cattle in the stalls,”

How are we to react to such disheartening news?
(NASB) Habakkuk 3:18 “Yet I will exult in the Lord,
I will rejoice in the God of my salvation.”

Living by faith is walking with God no matter what!
We are to exult in the living Lord God!
We are to rejoice in the God of our salvation!

Why can anyone exult and rejoice in dire circumstances?
(NASB) Habakkuk 3:19 “The Lord God is my strength… ”

Because the Lord God is my strength I can leap up the steep sides of difficulties.  The Lord God gives me that kind of ability… He makes me walk on my high places… places I would not dare to go if not for His strength.

(NASB) Habakkuk 3:19 “The Lord God is my strength,
And He has made my feet like hinds’ feet,
And makes me walk on my high places.”

~ Take it to heart ~

I am to be walking with God.  I am to be living by faith in God my Savior.
