Jesus is at the right hand of the throne of God – a place of prominence, privilege and power.

(NASB) Hebrews 12:2 “fixing our eyes on Jesus… (He) has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

Do you desire to be a part of the “in” crowd?  Do you want to be recognized and welcomed?

You can be, you know.  You can be recognized by Jesus.  He is in the place of prominence and privilege and in the position of power.  God my Savior is this Jesus!  Is He yours?

Upon what are you focusing?  Are you focusing on another’s attitude toward you?  Uh-oh…that is not always a good thing.
Are you fixating on your circumstances?  Uh-oh…that is not always a good thing either.
Is your thinking concentrated on your feelings or emotions?  Remember: feelings and emotions are fickle, fickle, fickle.  They are not your friends!

God tells us to be “fixing our eyes on Jesus.”  He is talking about the Jesus of the Holy Bible – not the Jesus you want Him to be, but the One Who is actually revealed in the Bible.  The books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John are good places to begin to know the Jesus of the Bible.

Jesus, the only begotten Son of God, is God my Savior.  I am to fix my focus, my thinking, my attention on Him.  Jesus ~ is physically sitting in the place of prominence, privilege and the position of power right now!

Take it to heart ~

(NASB) Hebrews 1:3 tells us about the Jesus of the Holy Bible.

Jesus ~ “is the radiance of His (God the Father’s) glory.”

Jesus ~ “is the exact representation of His (God the Father’s) nature.”

Jesus ~ is upholding “all things by the word of His power.”

Jesus died on a cross outside the walls of Jerusalem.  By faith in Jesus’ physical death, the followers of Christ are purified from their sins.

Jesus was physically resurrected from the grave by the power of God.  (Luke 24:6-7)

He then physically ascended into heaven. (Acts 1:9-11)                           And there, in heaven – He “sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.”  (Hebrews 1:3)

This Jesus is God my Savior.
Do you have faith in this Jesus of the Holy Bible?
