Moses learned from his experiences.  Moses left Egypt after killing an Egyptian for beating a Hebrew slave.  Moses had an education of excellence.  He had wealth at his fingertips and he gave it up because he chose his heritage as a Hebrew.  (Exodus 2:11-15)

He became a shepherd for 40 years.  One day the living God revealed Himself to Moses in a miraculous way. (Exodus 3:1-22)  Moses was told to go to Egypt and take the Hebrew slaves to the Promised Land.

Moses learned to obediently depend on the living God for direction.  How is this same God using your responses and experiences to grow you?  Are you depending on Him for His direction and following through with obedience?

(NASB) Hebrews 11:27 “By faith he (Moses) left Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king; for he endured, as seeing Him who is unseen.

  Moses trusted the Lord God, the I Am.  He endured, he persevered in his faith.  He believed what God said.  Do you?  Are you trusting Him as you walk through your day?  Are you enduring and persevering in your faith despite opposition, suppression and persecution?

Whether or not you are experiencing any of these things; are you trusting the God of the Holy Bible?  God’s word is for you, personally.  His word is worthy of your trust, you can depend on Him.

Moses believed the unseen God.  You can too.

The living God has shown us Who He is through the life of His Son, Jesus.  This Jesus is the exact image of the invisible God.  He has shown us the Father.
(NASB) Colossians 1:15 “He (Jesus) is the image of the invisible God…”

(NASB) John 14:8-9 “Philip said to Him, ‘Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.’
9 Jesus said to him, ‘Have I been so long with you, and yet you have not come to know Me, Philip?  He who has seen Me has seen the Father…”

By faith ~ Moses endured, he learned and believed the living God.  What were the results?  Moses led the Hebrew slaves out of Egypt by God’s direction.

By faith – endure, persevere,
don’t give up, never ever give up on God.

Take it to heart ~

  Moses endured – his faith was in the living God.

(NASB) Romans 5:3-5 “…but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance;
4 and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope;
5 and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”

Be encouraged and endure in your faith in the living God.
