The living God of the Bible and Noah had a history…together.

(Amplified Bible) Genesis 6:9 “…Noah was a just and righteous man, blameless in his [evil] generation; Noah walked [in habitual fellowship] with God…”

(NASB) Hebrews 11:6 “And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.”

Before you take another step today, before you take another breath…are you pleasing God?  Do you know that He exists?  Do you know that He rewards those who seek Him?

Noah walked with God in continuing fellowship.  Many people go to church on Sunday and perhaps on a Wednesday night for fellowship with God.   When you are not in a church building, are you in fellowship with Him?  How are you worshiping God the rest of the week?

Are you walking with God in a close, intimate fellowship?  Are you seeking God?  He is pleased when you do.

As you live this moment in time…you can choose to believe God exists.  There is abundant proof all around you.  Look up at the sky, when was the last time you saw a sunset and thanked God for creating such a display of His power?

Consider this proof that God exists…the intricacies of the human body…have you thanked God for giving you life?

Do you recognize that God is the rewarder of those who seek Him?

Joy!  Praise!  Hallelujah!  The living God is deeply personal; He gives deep peace and is deeply pleased with you as you walk with Him by faith.

Noah was a righteous man, a man of integrity, a man who walked with God.  He was a man whose faith was in the living God.  Could the same be said of you?

Take it to heart ~

By faith, Noah had a history with the God of the Bible…by faith; do you have a history with the living God?
